Manasvi Students Education Programme (M S E P)

Objective: To provide financial assistance to merit students considering the family financial back ground and students interest to continue higher education

Targeted Beneficiaries: All students completed 10th Class, Intermediate, Degree as per the guidelines of Sholarships

Basis for Selection : As per guidelines of Scholarships and evaluation of applications .

Time of awarding : November/December of every Year

Year of Start of merit awards : 2010

Progress : Manasvi started giving Poor and merits scholarships to following students every year from 2010 onwads.
10th Class- Rs. 1000/-( ZP High school, Tallapudi)
10th Class- Rs. 1000/- ( KSR Govt High school, Vegeswarapuram)
Inermediate -II Year Rs. 1000 /- ( Govt Junior College, Vegeswarapuram).

Having inspired by APTA ASEP, started giving more scholarships to desired candidates. Mansvi has assisted The local students for filing applications for APTA ASEP for the year 2016, 2017 and could able to achive More than 10 scholarships each year. Manasvi Charitable Trust Members have contributed significantly To get this scholarships for the benefit of merit students particularly from Vegeswarapuram and Tallapudi villages.

2018 Poor and Merit Scholarship Programme

Student’s Marks Criteria:

Basic rules

Student should have an aggregate of 70% marks from 10th class to the current year of the course of study. The scholarship is awarded for the 2017-18 academic year, the marks from 10th class through the 2016-17 academic years are considered for selection.

1. 2017-18 academic year in 1sst Year Intermediate - 70% in 10th Class

2. 2017-18 academic year in 2nd Year Intermediate – 70% in 1st year Intermediate and 10th Class.

3. 2017-18 academic year 1st Year of 3 yr or 4 yr Degree like BSc, BCom, Engineering, MCA - 70% in Intermediate and 10th Class.

4. 2017-18 academic year 2nd Year of 3 yr or 4 yr Degree like BSc, BCom, Engineering, MCA – 70% in 1st year of the course, 70% in Intermediate and 70% in 10th Class.

5. 2017-17 academic year 3rd Year of 3 yr or 4 yr Degree like BSc, BCom, Engineering, MCA – 70% in 2nd year of the course or Aggregate of 70% in 1st year and 2nd year combined, 70% in Intermediate and 70% in 10th Class.

6. 2017-18 academic year 4th Year of degree like B Pharmacy/Engineering – 70% in 3rd year of the course or Aggregate of 70% in 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year combined, 70% in Intermediate and 70% in 10th Class.

7. 2017-18 academic year 1st year of Medicine: 70% in Intermediate and 70% in 10th Class.

8. 2017-18 academic year 2nd year of Medicine: 60% in 1st year, 70% in Intermediate and 70% in 10th Class.

9. 2017-18 academic year 3rd year of Medicine: 60% in 2nd year or Aggregate of 60% in 1st year and 2nd year combined.

10. 2017-18 academic year 4th year of Medicine: 60% in 3rd year or Aggregate of 60% in 1st year, 2nd year and 3rd year combined.

11. CA/ICWA/MBA/Any other Master courses – Approval by Executive Committee based on the situation.

12. For students who completed 10th and intermediate – Minimum marks % is 60% for scholarship applicants.

Financial Criteria:

Family Income (Both parents combined income) should not exceed Rs 3,00,000.00 (Income certificate or White ration card needs to be submitted)

Scholarship amount 2018

Rs. 2000- Rs. 5000 /- to all students who is meeting Qualifying criteria

Time line for the 2018 applications

a. Start Date of Application acceptance. – 1st Sep

b. Cutoff date to accept applications – 25thSep, 2018

c. ASEP Team Assessment of received applications. – 30th October

d. Distributing checks/Online transfer of scholarship amount –30th November

3. Manasvi reserves the right to deny your application if it does not meet eligibility criteria.

4. Mansvirequires your marks list starting from 10th class.

5. Manasvi requires your proof of income documents ( White ration card/ Aadhar card).

6. Manasvi will assist you only when you have at least 70% marks and above.

7. Manasvi will assist you only when your family income is less than or equal to Rs 3,00,000 per year.
